A link to a how to thread would be nice. It is my first box design and although it is ugly (thanks to no nail, and silicone It is perfect and fits the tool area perfectly with .77 Airspace.

Most shops buy the adhesive in bulk, but 3M makes a spray glue that works great. Just make sure you apply glue to both the carpet AND the box. Wait for a few minutes......(waiting is critical)..........then pull the carpet taught as you press it on to the box. Trim as needed with a razor knife. If you don't wait a few minutes to let the glue get tacky before you attach the carpet to the box, it will eventually separate down the road. Good luck!

You can also attached the carpet and cut it to fit before you glue it on with a few push pins. That way your not trying to cut it while the glue is still sticky, that 3M glue work really good but once you get it on something its very hard to get it off. Have someone help you with the carpet. The extra set of hands goes a long way.

I made just finished my box. I nominated my mother to help me as I know she is great at wrapping presents. From the top, it looks great from the top, but flip the thing upside down it looks like ASS
It is my first attemp and I know it is sealed and it the right shape. As for the warning of not getting it on anything. Tell that to the hair on my arms that I'm probably going to have to shave
