I bought a Second Hand CD Changer and..

Hi Guys,

I have just bought a second hand CD Changer from E Bay. This was installed in a 2002 S2000 which he sold. Mine is a 2001.

Now I bought this Changer as mine was eating the CD! When I installed a CD Err message came on! Whilst the HU works perfectly the CD Changer does not, not even the CD Cartrige comes out!

Any idea why? Can something be done? Can the CD unit I bought is defective?

The Guy I bought replied that it was working perfectly on his car.

Well that's not good

Does the HU still work at all?

Can any one please help me!

What I want to know is can it be thats it's not compatabile, if so can somehing be done to make it?

I feel very frustrated!
