Its fit in your hand. Its a little bigger than a portable cd player but only on one side. I'll take a picture of it and post it a little later. But it is roughly less than half of the current one.

Its just a little bigger than the controller like in the picture... its crazy small

BTW this thing OWN'z the XBOX... the new PS2 is about an 1/8 to a 1/4 of it in size... I got you beat

9" x 6" x 1" are the dimensions for the new PS2. John, I wouldn't use the corded controllers. I have purchased the EA Sports edition RF controllers... very nice and quick play.

If I ever get my car back from the shop , I'll be looking for a place to put the second PS2.

Hey why didnt you go with the larger alpine 6.5?i have the new ps2 also going in the airbag.cant wait to see where you locate yours
