Default I quit!!!

Not really, but my nerves have just about reached their ends!

Nav was installed yesterday by Tweeter. This is a good thing. But I was informed that I cannot use it. Why? 'Cause the guy that made the custom in-dash bezel for the monitor molded over the infrared eye that receives commands for the navigation.

Soooooo, now they had to order an extra "eye" for the damn thing. I'm not real happy right now. I found out yesterday around 2:00 pm, but wanted to think about it before I reacted(this is unusual for me ).

On a different note, both amps, nav hard drive, PS2, and subs/top piece are completely removable for track/autocross days. Additionally, the piece separating the trunk from the cabin also gets removed. I'm estimating about 20 minutes to pull everything out of the vehicle.

The subs still are not secured... we haven't reached a final concensus on how to best meet my needs. I do have the ability to reproduce some sound waves though! That is a nice start as I have been "tune-less" for over four months in this vehicle.

Thanks for listening, all.

It looks..... unfinished. I haven't decided how I'm going to cover up the MDF. I'm leaning toward paint and plexi to mimic the sub enclosure.

Perhaps I'll have someone take pics when I'm removing the whole system at the track Sunday.
