Default INA152EA

Edited by seekic.com,the leading IC purchasers' best choice of platform for one-stop valued service!
Description:

The INA152EA is one member of the INA152 family which designed as the small (MSOP-8), low-power, unitygain difference amplifier consisting of a CMOS op amp and a precision resistor network. This device can be used in (1)difference input amplifier building block; (2)unity-gain inverting amplifier; (3)gain=1/2; (4)amplifier gain = 2 amplifier; (5)summing amplifier; (6)synchronous demodulator; (7)current and differential line receiver; (8)voltage-controlled current source; (9)battery-powered systems; (10)low-cost automotive instrumentation. Also it can accurately measure differential signals that are above and below the supply rails.

Features of the INA152EA are1)swing: to within 200mV of either output rail; (2)low offset drift: ±3μV/°C; (3)low offset voltage: ±250μV; (4)high CMR: 94dB; (5)low gain error: 0.01%; (6)low gain error drift: 1ppm/°C; (7)wide supply range: single: 2.7V to 20V; (8)dual: ±1.35V to ±10V; (9)MSOP-8 package.

The absolute maximum ratings of the INA152EA can be summarized as1)supply voltage, V+ to V-:+22V;(2)signal input terminals:+20V continuous;(3)output short-circuit to GND duration:continuous;(4)operating temperature:-55°C to +125°C;(5)storage temperature:-55°C to +125°C;(6)junction temper-ature:+150°C;(7)lead temperature (soldering, 10s):+300°C.
