Default Key less entry?

I just picked up a 2005 S2000 and I only received a single key without the ability to open the doors remotely or pop the trunk. Should i have received a key fob? If not is there a way to add this functionality?

no, s2000's are so special that we don't use modern features such as keyless entry. It lets us be more snobbish.

get real, you got ripped.

Have you tried re-programming the remote to the car? It's a werid combination of turning the key off, on, off, like 10 times, and pressing a few buttons. Should be in the downloadable manual.

Thanks, I just found that I can get a remote from Ebay for $30 which also comes with the instructions on how to enable that. Once I get that setup, I'll need a new stereo with HD radio and Bluetooth and I'm set! Thanks everyone

you're "supposed" to get 3 keys and 2 fobs. one master 2k key, one black regular honda, and a gray valet key. like i said, you got ripped. I'd go back to the seller and flip out, this stfuf isnt cheap.

You might want to check if you have the optional alarm before you get a new fob. It uses a different remote.
