Default Kill switches for tailights & 3rd brake light?

Anyone here made a kill switch for the tailights? I'd like to have the ability to turn them off at night so that there are no lights turned on in the rear but still have my headlights on.

Would it be something easy to do?

my friends dad is a mechanic. he said some story bout a guy who did that and then there was a cop trying to pace him. He killed his brake lights and slammed on his brakes. The cop ended up running off the road.

while not necessarily condoning the intent of this mission.......

You already have said switch, it's called the "Emergency Brake Handle"
