light/designs projected onto the ground
a number of new cars project an emblem of light on the ground when you unlock/approach the car. my mother has it on her lincoln and its pretty cool. the light on hers comes from underneath the sideview mirrors.
something like this possible for our cars? electronics noob here so excuse my lack of knowledge.
think it would be a big project? i just saw it on an older g35 on craigslist that certainly didn't come with it.

Many cars come with 'puddle lights', which lightup the area you need to step to get in the car. Often these are on bottom of door.
Some aftermarket companies make replacement light fixtures with that projection technology you saw, where they can program the design projected. Typically that design is the cars logo.
So you buy these things for like $8 a piece, pry out old lights, unplug, plug the new one in, snap it in place. Easy-Peasy.
Unless no one makes a projector with your cars logo, and your car didn't come with puddle lights. Then it would be a huge and costly project. But it could surely be done.
Find a programmable projector. Load in logo you want. Find a place to cleanly mount it. Professionally mod the car to mount it. Add wiring, and some sort of switch to activate it. Try not to make it look half assed...
