Loose Cable + No Honda beeps

Hello there,
On my 2002 RHD model I do not have the H morse beeps when entering the car. Furthermore I can drive without seatbelt and no beeping aswell. Same with headlights , if I happen to forget to keep turn them off when I leave the car there is no beep.
This morning I noticed a cable floating around

Green thingy is just to hold the cable , no electronical part in there.
Could this be the issue ?
I bought the car 3 weeks ago , only thing about electronics the previous owner mentioned is that he replaced the battery.

Thanks in advance
Have a nice day
Jay

I managed to fix my issue by checking the door switches.
The driver side doesn‘t seem to work properly anymore so for now I took the passenger one and put it on the driver side.

the morse beep, headlight beep etc is now working again

blue plug is a test connector. try flushing out the bad switch with contact cleaner or wd40 will work also.

Never heard the 4-short beeps on any US S2000 other than some complaints when the key is left in the ignition and a door opened or the headlights are On and the ignition is Off and I never bothered to count how many beeps there were. Guess it is "H" b-b-b-beep. Or stuttering. :)

Only thing missing now is the seatbelt indicator.
That doesn‘t affect the airbags not triggering though or does it?
