I called twice already, once a month ago and I just called back a couple days ago and left a message both times. I emailed them a couple weeks ago and PMed Lucid too. I need to get a box and have many questions. This is some horrible customer service. What's the deal?

 

Wish I could tell you. I e-mailed asking about speaker brackets for MB Quarts 2 weeks ago... No reply.... Ended up with Polk MOMOs

Never got anykind of response from Lucid...

I wanted to buy some stuff....

They lost my business.....

 

It took 3 weeks before I got an email response from Lucid. He said some guy was out of the country and that he hopes for his safe return. Kind of sounded like some guy that left to go fight the war or something.

 

a shame cause he had good products...

this is becoming a more common complaint-

 

I got the same story. I was like

 

I ordered a set of front speakers for my '04 model. It took a couple of weeks for them to show up but they're here, installed, and sounding better than the factory versions.

6.5 doors with separates
and rears 5.25?

I had seen a set of Apline speakers 6.5 and 5.25 coaxials and a standard Xpod 400watt amp

The stock speakers suxs... I have a Ipod connector now so I do not want to change the HU
