Default Lucid DCI work with new Alpine line?

Hi guys, I emailed Lucid but haven't gotten a response yet. Does anyone know if their DCI unit works with the new Alpine head units? I assume it does but wanted to be sure before ordering.

Thanks!

Find out the model number of the remote they come with. If its the same as mine...... (I have a 9807) then 100% it will work.

i've seen pics and model numbers of the remote for the new HU's... same thing as mine (7894), so it should work.

I've got the 9827, one of the 2004 models. Works fine.

I'm thinking of getting a TDA 7592R here in Germany. Does anyone out there know if Alpine's European remotes are the same as the American ones? Lucid doesn't know.

Hey, y'all, I just spoke to a German tech guy at Alpine. He said that the TDA-7592R can be controlled using the S2000 buttons through Alpine's own KCE 865 B 20-pin adapter kit. This means no infrared eye hovering over the HU! Thanks for your feedback!

Let us know how it works, and how much it costs.
