I just bought a new Eclipse HU to replace the Alpine I have. I'd like to get the Eclipse unit installed over the weekend and am wondering if it's OK to use the harness that came with my Alpine DCI.

This way, I could just plug in the Eclipse DCI from behind the radio via the side panels and not have to remove the HU once I receive the new DCI.

I know the DCI's differ from one brand radio to the next but does Modifry use the same harness for all IR type DCI's?
