Yes, in my case they cross-ship a new unit with updated firmware. I drop the old one in a box and attach a prepaid UPS label.

Their support is good, the initial units (as far as Honda OEM HU's are concerned) need more work. The current revision is usable, the upcoming revision cures a lockup problem with empty playlists.

The iCruze seems to have its fair share of bugs. I looked at it when I was researching iPod adapters but I ended up getting the www.mp3yourcar.com adapter and have had no regrets.

I guess I'll take to tech support about it. I saw the Neo as the alternative but I got the Icruze at a really good price.

Woah, found another bug in the iCruze today - this one is a doozy.

My wife went with me on a weekend trip and brought along her personal iPod. She went up to a certain song number in her playlist, say Disc 3 (folder 3) song 57.

She leaves and I plug in my iPod. It goes to folder 3 (no problem) song 57 (there are only 30 songs in this folder) and locks up solid.

Nothing, not even a power cycle will cure it because it seems the radio is requesting the track. I gotta pull fuses or disconnect the battery to reset the radio to get it working again or try to grab the wife's iPod and unfark it.

I emailed a tech at Monster and he told me the Icruze will not let me skip songs while in random. He didn't say there is a fix? So did you get a firmware update? Remember your tech's name?

Yes you can skip songs. Try to contact Martin Ramos @ (877) 800-8989 x4479. He's handling my issues.

A new version is due out soon that addresses many of the problems I've reported. You will need to mail it in to get the new version.
