You're missing some details here.

Are you trying to find a way to interface an MP3 player (non-iPod) to a factory honda head unit without an FM Modulator?

I'm guessing you could get some sort of inline adaptor you could solder in to the speaker wires and run the signal straight to them. You'd have to have the headunit off and would need some form of amplification for this to work.

So, short answer, no good way to do it. Get an aftermarket HU that has an AUX-in on it or get an ipod and the adaptor for the honda HU. Those seem to be the only, decent, options.

If you have a factory HU you can use the CD Changer into for an AUX input. So instead of having a CD Changer you'll have your MP3 player... but again you didn't give us any information with regards to your question.
If you want help you need to give us more info.

Question

I found an aux input adapter on the Crutchfield website. Check it out. It cost about $50 and came with a complete set of instructions for installation.
It was the first mod I did when I bought the S2000.
