finally i finished my car-hifi instalation on my s2000 (only the rear speakers left, but they will come soon).

And i have to say: IT SOUNDS GREAT!

Looking good. Just wondering if heat is an issue with both amps hidden from view? Also, the ESX site isn't working so can you tell me the specs on the amp?

Hi Rickster,

i have tested the amps continous 4 hours and they didn't shutdown. The temperature of them was at a moderate level at all.

The ESX Quantum 604Xi amp is a Full-Range-Digital Amp (Class X) with a power output from 4 * 75 Watts at 4 Ohms. When i find the handbook from it, i will tell you further specs.

i dont know much about car audio but am interested
what are the components in the first pic, i think the top left one is the amp, the ?, and i cant tell what the thing underneath is.

can someone explain
