Default Need an Alpine

Help ....I have been searching for answers to my HU problem. I think i should wait to 2012 to get one.(more android friendly)
OK my needs
1- needs to be Alpine
2- needs to have rear usb input.
3- needs Bluetooth or Bluetooth ready (streaming music from my Droid is a must.)
4- needs to fit where i can close the factory stereo cover.

I almost pulled the trigger on a Alpine CDA-105 HU with the bloothtooth adapter Alpine KCE-400BT. Crutchfield informed me that i would not be able to
shut my factory stereo cover...they made it look like any HU fold down faceplate wont work for the s2000.

anyone out there got any suggestions....???

Thanks in advance.

There are a bunch of people on here with the 105.

My Alpine has a fold down face - to load CD's - and the radio door works fine.

That's incorrect. My CDA-9886 has a fold-down faceplate and it fits fine.

The only Alpine's that touch the door that I know about are the iDA line. They just require that you set the unit a little bit back in the dask so the knob clears the radio door - you will know if it is wrong - everytime you open or close the door you will turn the HU on/off.

yeah from what I've seen on various threads the CDA-105 fits perfectly

I'll most likely be getting this headunit later this summer...just seems like a good value...and since the CDE-103BT supposedly doesn't work flawlessly w/the Modifry DCI I prefer to not take a chance and go w/the simpler CDA-105 and just buy the bluetooth adapter
