Hi guys, as always, when i have problems, i turn to you good folks at s2ki who are always more then willing to help.

I have a bit of a problem today. I purchased and alpine tme m770 and dva-9861 and i would like to install them. Installing the stereo is not a problem, but cutting the dash is.

I wanted to try to make my own fiberglass mold for the screen but i've never worked with fiberglass and to get everything i need would cost me around 230$ in materials alone. I would just like to know if there is anyone here that lives in the north-east (Vermont, NY, Maine, etc...) who would be willing to help me with this install.

I'm more than willing to compensate you for your time and materials.

Also can anyone recommend a good shop around here that could do it for me? And how much do you think it would cost to have that done?

Dave where are you located? Our shop is in northern RI.

 

I am actually in Montreal, Canada.

I don't mind taking a small road trip to get this stuff installed. I just have to find a place to stay that won't cost me 500$/night...

I have friend in vermont i could have stayed with but i don't know of any good body shops that are fairly priced.

How much could you do the install for?
