normally id know, but in t e s2000 there isn't a lot of extra room.
also, is a 5.1 setup possible?

Please dont take any of this offensively....this is just for helping you out.
First of all, since you are asking a question like that, you obviously are not very well informed on car audio. In which case, if you want what you are looking for, you are talking about A LOT of custom work, which means a lot of money. I suggest you look at your budget, understand what you are trying to do, and then work from there.....in which case I will be glad to help you. Good luck!

Yeah, I guess I was pretty vague.
Basically, I want my end result to be a competition level (SQ Comp), with the navi system.
I've actually done a setup before in a different car similar to this, but I used different branded material, but this time around I really like Alpine's offerings.
I'm not sure how logical a 5.1 setup would be in such a small car, especially being a convertible, so I am probably going to dump that idea.
Basically all I need to know really is can I use the 9815 as the center of my setup. Meaning can it, along w/ a screen and navi setup, control all the functions that I require of it? And would it be a good HU for a SQ comp, or should I not even consider Alpine as a brand in this venture?

Alpine is perfectly fine for SQ. If you want to really have some big SQ...you can get the digital sound processor....but I think that waaaaay overkill in an s2000.
5.1 is easy if you are already tearing your dash up to stick in a screen, then you can just have them cut some more for a center channel, and get rear speakers, and BAM, 5.1!
