Default NEED HELP ON MY DCI!

I just got my DCI today and hooked it up following every direction. I have a alpine ida x001 and got the wired DCI for it. I check and recheck the directions and connections. My controls are not working... =( I need help bad can someone tell me what i am doing wrong? or what i should do. THanks

-Is this model supported? It should be, but check to make sure.
-Are there two 3.5mm jacks on the back of the headunit? One will be aux input, and one for the wired remote.
-Check for voltage on all the power pins.
-Also check the dash control wire (green/red) changes resistance between buttons in reference to ground.

don't you have to have one of those flip switch things? did you get modifry or a different one?

I do have the switch.. Is it black and have 1 through 4 on it.. if so then i do.

MY HU is supported for DCI
There is a 3.5 mm jack on the back of the HU. but dont know what to do with it?
How do i check the voltage on the power pin?.. everything work fine when i turn it on.
Aight i will check the green/ red wire.

noting looks out of place in your pictures - I assume that's Modifry's
Plug&Play harness, so hooking it up should be pretty foolproof.
try pulling apart all the connectors and making sure there are no
bent pins, if you haven't already.
