You'll have to pull out the stereo and give the serial code on the back to the dealer. They'll provide you a code.

The codes comes with the manual as white plastic card, if you have that.

My car came with a white sticker in the compartment on the center console that has the code on it.

(Found this a while back, hope it helps.)

** This may not work on all model years **

1) Turn ignition switch to 'on'
2) Turn on the radio and make sure you see 'COdE' in the display. If you don't see this, remove the backup fuse for one minute, then go back to step one.
3) Turn off the radio
4) Press and hold the 1 and 6 preset buttons on the radio. The radio should toggle b/w two screens. The first screen displays a 'U' and the first four digits of the serial number. The second screen displays an 'L' and the last four digits of the serial. Ignore the 'U' and 'L' and write down the digits.
5) Have the dealer enter those eight digits into iN (Interactive Network) to retrieve the anti-theft code.
