Use the 4 guage kit, if you buy the Rockford kit you will double the amps warranty period.

Yes upgrade your speaker wires

A 12" sub will certainly give you alot of base. I am running one 10" Rockford Stage 2 and it is more than I needed.

Most do.

And I've never heard that Rockford will extend the warrenty of its product just because you installed it with a Rockford amp kit?... I tried to find that info on their website but I haven't found it yet. Where did you get that info?

I purchased my equipment from Crutchfield and part of the Rockford 25th anniversary is that when purchasing the amp install kit with the amp you get a 2 year warranty instead of a 1 year.

I will ignore that you said walmart . Make sure you stick with something like Monster or Streetwires, Stinger etc. Go to your local stereo shop and see what they carry.

If you want the rockford, here is what comes with it and the part number.

Nah its cool, just joking around about the walmart stuff.

Make sure you have the tools you need, crimper, soldering iron etc. Also refer to DarkKnights thread to wire it properly...https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=248785
