Nope. The relay is just a switch, not a power source, so you do not have any power feeding the bulb.

Component 4 seems to be missing a pin/wire, but I'm assuming you left it out for clarity. Other than that, the circuit DESIGN looks fine. However, if you're using a 6V supply with a circuit that includes 12V components (particularly relays), you can easily run into trouble. Relays need a certain amount of pull on their coils to pull in the reed switch, and 6V is probably not enough to accomplish that task...if it is rated for 12V, use 12V.

Maybe I'm missing something - How does the bulb get voltage if it is on the secondary side of the relay and there is no voltage source for that side of the circuit? All I see is a bulb & the relay in the circuit. Does the voltage to light the bulb somehow leak through the air inside the relay?

My bad, I wasn't looking at the top portion, just the switching portion.

The currently designed circuit will switch correctly, but will never apply power any source of power to the lightbulb.

I figured that, as I'm sure your knowledge of electronics is at least two orders of magnitude beyond mine.
