Default New Modifry Product for STOCK radios

Since I now have a stock radio in my new '08 car I got tired of fiddling with the volume so I made a module to do auto-volume control on the stock radio. Check out the details in this post in the Sponsor forums and let me know what you think.

You're the man Bob. I LOVE the SCV from my DCI and can understand your frustration losing it

Bob - this is a feature I often wished I had with my OEM stereo. Now that I've gone aftermarket (with DCI of course) I'm not a potential customer for this - but I can say with certainty I would purchase one if still OEM. I think this should sell quite well, especially at the low price of $35.

Another great Modifry product!

I hope to have a few at WTD.

One of the things I need to get figured out is what year the stock head units "changed". I originally designed the first module (that's in my car now) to work on my 2000 car. It worked fine. But when I put it in the 2008 it didn't work and I had to change the software. I'm assuming something changed in the radio because I know the dash controls are identical in all years.

I haven't pulled the HU back out to determine exactly what is different but I'll need to do that before I try to sell any of them. And hopefully there's only 2 variations.

I have an 04 deck that I'd be happy to lend/sell if you need it for testing. Just came out a few weeks ago and was fully functional. You could just get it back to me at WTD if you want.

That would be awesome. If you ship it to this address via either USPS Priority mail or UPS ground I'll bring it to WTD to return it to you and and refund your shipping charges.
