Default Newby with a 2001 stereo question

I have an 01 and know that the 02's have back speakers right? Where are they located, and is there any way to mod mine to accept some back speakers? I don't really want to go to all the work for amps, subs, and deck right now...maybe in the future. But it sure would be nice to just add a couple speakers and get some better clarity out of this thing. Thanks guys.

No the 02's do not have rear speakers. Yes Installing rears is easy! The best bet is to go to Lucidautomotive.com and purchase rears already mounted in the replacement pannels. I installed rears first and got a big improvement which satisfied me for about 6 months. Now I've upgraded all (but kept the rears I added)

The problem with the O1's is the HU is less powerful (I'm pretty sure, forum please correct me if I'm wrong) than the 02+ HU's If memory serves me correct, th 00-01 has a 20w HU Vs 02+ with a 30w HU.

Most people posting here will recommend replacing the HU too.
