Great job! It looks really clean. I have a Nexus 7 with the JDM navi bezel but hesitant to cut the dash, I trimmed the back of the bezel and got the Nexus to fit perfectly. How hard was it to shape the bezel to fit? Is it warped at all? What did you use to mount the bezel to the dash? What kernel are you using on the Nexus?

To shape the bezel wasn't that hard.
I found it easier to heat n shape after the dash cutted.
U can simply push the dash in to thw hole, than start the heat the bezel slowly, starting from the midde n slowly move to the side n after the bezel heated up, n will slowly shape by itself.

Some step by step instructions or installation/fabrication would be good for other wanting to attempt this mod. Can the LCD be use to download race gauge software for the track? Great job BTW. Looks fantastic.
