Non-working headlight on reminder chime

I originally posted this in the Underhood section and it was suggested that I might want to post it here as no one seemed to know the answer. Hopefully 'double posting' is not a problem.

There is a link somewhere in the General Interest forums to download the Haynes Manual which should have a wiring diagram for this. I just looked but cannot seem to find it.
