OEM I-Pod Link for $180 including labor
i didn't realize that there weren't that many options in regards to aux inputs for the S2000 until i visited the electronics forum for the 1st time today. I went to a audio/video store on friday and asked if they had ipod oem connections for my car they said "yes we have one" and 45 minutes later i was playing my ipod in my S.
i just got this installed on my car on friday and it works great. it charges the ipod, piggybacks with the oem head unit, the volume and mute buttons above the start button still works and it cost $180 including install, and the most important for me it was plug and play with no cutting or splicing.
scroll down until you see OE integration i-pod aux inputs.

i wish i was able to fast foward and reverse through the head unit but the company hasn't done one for the S2000 because of low volume sales, but $180 vs. $400+ that honda wants for theirs, you can't beat it. I also had it installed where the cable and ipod sits on the 06 micro glove box below the passenger airbag.
they also have kits for 2000-2004 S2000 and 2005 on up.
