Default Polk/Momo Sub & Enclosure on Lucid base for S2000 (pics)

Here's a few pics of the new (just released this month) Polk/Momo Sealed 10" sub enclosure. The specs are on polkaudio.com. I tested the box today and must say I'm very impressed by the sound. It's all put together so there's no guess work to volume size etc. They have spring loaded terminals and you need to do is attach them to your amp.

Build quality of the driver, grill and enclosure are top notch. It's an MDF and solid plexiglass enclosure.
Best of all with the bass you'd simply drop this whole thing in, hide the speaker wire to your amp and you're all set. Since it's a high end factory sub and enclosure the bass is amazing.

Yes, this enclosure WILL work in the S2000 in the truck bay. I just wanted to get impressions. If people liked it I would bundle it with the MDF carpet board.

The cabinet/enclosure is among the best I've seen, not flimsy at all. Polk/Momo is Polk's top of the line/premium brand. Bass is amazing and would be directed at the cabin vs the sides or the trunk lid. So you would get more from this than any other sub. It comes all in one (voids the warranty if you remove the sub).

Yes the 12" would fit as well. The box would be a little higher in the bay though. The 10" actually sounds BETTER than my custom 12"

If there's interest I figured $330 for the 10" enclosure w/carpeted s2000 board and $50 more for the 12"

Your amp needs at least 200RMS to drive this, so a bridged 4 channel (take 2 channels) or a Class D or T Amp

I'm having a difficult time picturing this enclosure. Would it just sit in the trunk well or is it similar to the JL which has that clean fit??

thanks!!!

I wish there was a way you could show off the whole sub. Theres not enough room I guess... 330 bucks sounds better then 800!
