Default Power wiring info needed

Hi. I am in the process of wiring my car for my audio system, and I called Crutchfield last week to order all the wiring for the two amps I will be putting in the car. I also told them to send me documentation, but does not give me nearly enough information. I do not have much of an idea at all what was required as far as wiring was concerned, but when I finally got my package, there was only the following in the box:

StreetWires Fused Distribution AFS Fuse Block, In: 1/0 (2), Out: 4 (2)
StreetWires per foot 1/0 gauge Translucent Blue Power Cable
StreetWires per foot 1/0 Translucent Clear Power Cable
StreetWires per foot 4 ga. Translucent Blue Power Cable
StreetWires per foot 4 ga. Translucent Clear Power Cable

I tried searching for more information on this, but all the other posts were unconclusive for what I am asking.

1. I'm wiring two Alpine PDX amps, 4.100 and 1.600 -> I need a fuse right? or do the distribution blocks do the fusing. If I need a fuse, which one do I need, I have no idea which one to get.
2. I know the 1/0 gauge goes from the battery to the distribution block. Should the distribution block be in the engine bay, or in the car after going though the firewall?
3. What physical power connection is needed from the 1/0 gauge wire to the battery thermal. Do I have to modify the battery thermal to fix with the 1/0 gauge connection, or is there a way to not have to modify the battery connection.

1) Yes , you need a fuse by the battery, and if you want extra protection at the distro box. Get an ANL fuse 120amps

2) inside the car closest to the amp

3) I would use a battery terminal adaptor... but you could just hook it up the ghetto way... but your lights won't be happy.
