My S came with an aftermarket radio and system. It was the first thing I yanked out when I got it. To replace the radio, I installed one from a 2000 Civic Si I had lying around. Same plug slot as our S2Ks. Problem is only half of my dash buttons work. The volume up, and change stations/skip track work. But the Audio Mode (assuming it's to turn on/off the radio), volume down, and mute buttons don't work. I'm hoping getting an actual AP1 radio will solve the issue but could it be something wrong on the dash buttons? My climate controls all work just fine.

 

nothing wrong other than the wrong radio. you need an s2000 head unit.
