Would anyone know if the following DVD player would fit without cutting in our dash ?

I was contemplating getting this one mostly because I like a lot of Live DVD's for the music so I dont care about the screen size.

Single DIN, it should. I have the JVC KD-AVX33 with a 2.3" screen and if I can get it to sit a little deeper in the slot the door will even close.
