Question on the KENWOOD DDX-7015

I am going to order the KENWOOD DDX-7015 but noticed that it is pretty big behind the unit. Do you guys know if it will fit , if I cutt into the dash?

If you cut into the dash you will get it in... but why?

Well someone pm'd me saying it might hit something behind the dash ..I just wanted to make sure before I made the purchase thanks
