Question with Lucid's Mod

I got Lucid's rear speakers installed yesterday with the harness version that mutes. Everything was great and the instructions were super.
I go to plug in the Honda OEM radio and it doesn't show the clock on the display (2001 model), acting like the car was off. However, the anti theft light was blinking, and it ejected the CD that was inside, so I know its getting power. I press the on button, and nothing. If I plug in to the OEM harness the radio shows the clock and asks for a code, when I power it up.
Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
BTW: Yes I emailed Lucid late last night, but I'm hoping someone out there might know something and could give me a quick fix, as I'd really like to put my car back together!
Thanks,
Keith

I'm not sure that I understand your question, but the sequence for re-attaching the harness is:
1. Plug the OEM harness (the one that was originally attached to your radio) into the harness you got from lucid.
2. Plug the harness from lucid into the back of the head unit (radio).
3. Turn the key to the accessory position, turn on the radio and punch in your head unit's code using the station preset push-buttons.
You'll have to reset your buttons for any presets you had for local radio stations or use the auto find feature to set your presets.
Good luck and once you've got it working you'll love it.

Let me clarify.
I plugged the OEM plug into Lucid's harness, and Lucid's harness into the back of the radio.
I turned the car to ACC to power the radio.
The radio CAN NOT be turned on. I know the radio has power because the anti-theft light blinks, and it ejected my CD. However, the radio will not power on using Lucid's harness. It just sits there like the car is off.
If I plug the radio only into the OEM harness everything is fine. The clock comes on, the radio powers on and asks me for the code.
I'm trying to figure out what wire or what not could cause the radio not to turn on. Maybe one of the wires in the harness from Lucid is loose or something.

I am waiting for my shipment from Lucid! I bought my car used and it did not come with any owners manuels etc. How do I find out what the head unit's code is???? Do I contact Honda with the VIN number?? HELP!! Robin in sunny Northern california
Try pressing the mute button on the dash remote radio control after you've got everything hooked up. The new harness actually turns the radio off when the mute button is pushed. If that doesn't work then you'll need lucid's help.
Robin, yes as far as I know you'll have to go to a dealer to get your code. If you don't have it before you disconnect your radio or if your battery goes dead or is unhooked your stereo will be useless.
Good luck,

I go to bed early last night and the world falls apart. Just kidding! Anyway, I talked to Keith on the phone this afternoon. This is the first issue I'd had with the harness. It makes no difference that the car is 2000 or 2001.
Accessory power isn't reaching the radio for one or a couple reasons: The ACC (red wire) pin is bent, theres a loose connection, or a faulty relay.
The radio has 2 sources of power, the ACC and the memory. Both on different fuses. ACC power is cut when you turn off the car or press the mute button. When he presses the mute, the relay is working so the fuse to the radio is fine (mute power branches off the ACC line before it hits the radio).
In any case he'll have a new harness tommorow and we'll go from there. Its my responsiblity to take care of this.
