If you have an IR remote for your aftermarket stereo, and you want to retain the functionality of the stock radio controls, where does the "eye" for this mod mount? inside the radio door? or is it outside, and you have to drill a hole in the radio door over the recieving point? Yes I tried pmming him, but he didn't respond.

Make sure you use the right size drill bit so it fits in there nice and tight. I forget off the top of my head what size but I think it was in the directions...if not I should be able to dig it up for you.

 

oh and as a side note, Art is a really busy guy. I'm more than positive he's not ignoring you he just hasn't gotten the email yet. But if you have any question just let me know... most likely I ask hime the same one

 

Where is qube anyway? I've been trying to order this thing but have yet to here from him. The last I heard he was trying to buy a house and would be out of the net for a couple of months and this was from back in August.
