Default Quick Question for S2000 Electronic Gurus

Whats up guys,

I've had the s2000 for about 5-6 months and its time to install some better sound. I will be running a single 500 watt pioneer IMPP sub being pushing by a bridged 1200 watt kenwood amp (only using half of the AMP's power). The question is.......For the mean time I am going to keep the factory head unit and I was wondering what was the easier way to get the head unit out?? Does it have input/output for RCA's??? and what are the best paths to run the wires???

thanks in advance.

BTW--I plan to upgrade to a better headunit in the near future---prolly a Alpine.

No RCA out from the factory HU. Use line level converters or a line level input on your amp.

The removal is very easy, do a quick search there are TONS of threads about it with pix. How to run the wires depends on where you want to mount the amp. If you check the FAQ at the top of the forum you should find links to a lot of the questions you have, and quite a few you have not yet thought of.
