Default Removed the rear tray, Now what?

Need some advice guys. I removed my rear tray to stop some of the rattles I am getting from my sub. JL Audio W3 in an enclosure. I Plan on cutting some holes in the tray and reinstalling it. I am guessing I should Dynamat the tray. What do you guys suggest I should do for the liscence plate rattle? Any other places I should use Dynamat?

Although I cant comment on the rear tray, cause mine is pretty tight.....the license plate....

Go to an auto parts store.....get some weatherstripping.....

Put in on the outside frame of the back of the plate, and make an X from corner to corner.....GOODBYE rattle!
