Default Rick's aeroscreen

I was wondering if Rick's full size aeroscreen helps much in makng the radio audible on the freeway. I already have changed the stock speakers and am about to get a head unit. Thanks.

i can't say that i've tried to notice the difference. the better choice with the top down is having both of your windows up. the windows will reflect the higher frequencies better and reduce the wind noise.

Yes, emphatically. Especially with the windows up.

I have the full size aeroscreen and it works pretty well for sound (with the other windows up). I also purchased the headrests, but have yet to take the car out with the headrests installed.

Once I get out again I can tell you if the aeroscreen/headrest combo makes more of a difference

Thanks. Either way, I think I am going to buy the full size aeroscreen.

seriously guys, how silly must one be to drive with their top down and their windows up????!!!
everytime i see some silly old man doing this i want to shoot him.
i honestly can't think of a more retarted thing to do in a car. might as well go out in public wearing a hawiian shirt, a sub zero parka, SHORTS and purple cowboy boots.
isn't this silly thing the sort of thing done by people who drive mustangs or something???!!
