Srs cable reel wiring??? Help

Default Srs cable reel wiring??? Help
Does anyone know how to take the wiring cover off the srs cable reel? I accidentally ripped out my horn wire.

If I remember correctly you can just take it off by grabbing the two black pins on each side and pulling towards you.
When I removed my steering wheel it just fell right off without even touching it.

Ya I tried that. Won't budge. Also I'm not sure where the horn wire goes. I see 3 slots that it could be.

I ended up figuring out where the horn wire goes. It ties into the Grey wire connected to the cruise control plug.

no need. after i attached the wire to the cruise control, it worked.
