to all S2k Gurus,
i am new to my S2000, and i am trying to put in an aftermarket radio. i dont know how to remove the stock one without messing anything up. i even tried looking for screws around the area but i couldnt see any. i also tried searching around S2ki.com and no luck. if some one could show me how to do this it would be awesome or maybe an old link that i missed.

real easy. open the radio door, grab it on both corners (between your thumb and forefingers) and yank slowly. the bottom clips will release. Now, get a hook, or string or pliers, and grab the vent right above the door, and pull towards the shifter. the clips on top will release. remove to reveal 4 phillips head screws. thats it!

Hey, do you think a little blurb could be added to the FAQ that mentions it's a good idea to remove the center console on the 04's? I have done it both ways, and it is SOOO much easier on the 04 to pop up the console, otherwise you really have to bend the vent cover to get it in and out.
