Found some great deals.

I'm going to get a nice Audison amp for my components so I thought I should budget myself on a subwoofer amp.

What do you think about these:

Soundstream EGA 1400D Edge Series EGA1400D
1400x1 @ 1ohm
$329.99

Mark Antony MK-1500X MK1500X (I haven't heard too much about these).
1500x1 @ 1ohm
$349.99

Phoenix Gold Tantrum 1200.1

well, one question first... what sub are you planning on using? the PG Tantrum makes it's power at 2 ohms, but the other two need you to be down at 1 ohm. the sub you choose will affect which amp you should buy. if the sub isn't a 1 ohm or a 2 ohm DVC, then neither the Soundstream or the MA (don't know anything about it) will work for you. if you've got a 2 ohm SVC or a 4 ohm DVC - the PG Tantrum is your only option to get over a kilowatt.

Dimming Dimming Here we go,

How to fix you I dont know!!!

Find a sub you like, then worry about amps.

Also, can I sell you some duct tape and zip ties???

Why? youll need it to put your car back together after it rattles apart.

Those amps I believe are out of the budget I want to spend. If I wanted to spend a couple hundred more, I'd go Audison or something. What do you think about those amps above?

As much as I LOVE audison amps...they arent the greatest amps for subwoofers. I like Tarantulas the best for subs. You can have the tarantulas for mid 300's You arent going to get a real 1000watt amp for less than that. (the audisons I am talking about are the two lower lines....the top of the line just isnt worth the money for subwoofers....its over 1200 bucks!)

so, which sub did you finally decide upon. honestly - it's hard to recommend an amp until i know what impedence load you're planning to use for your sub.
