I wanted to get a sub and didnt know wich sounded better. The ones that fit into the trunk well or the ones that side into the side of the trunk.

I have one in my tool compartment.

I never heard the side mounted one, but it looks so much nicer.

Also you get more space for something like golf clubs.

 

i'm going for the driver side mount wlaurent v2 box with a 10" jl 10w3v3.

hope it sounds just as good as the jl stealthbox that would drop into the well cause its so much cheaper and more attractive for my trunk-space concerns.

Hmm, I couldnt fit my clubs in if I had the side-mount. Thus, I'm putting in the WLaurent trunk well box... Besides, can't get the goodness of a 12 in the side well.

Soo wich one has a nicer kick to it? Clean bass sound?

 

Too me they sound the same.IMO
