Let's guess.

You want to funnel gas from your gas tank in to the interior so that you can create an S2K suicide bomb car?

You want to create a beer bong and put the beer source (1/4 keg) in the trunk?

You keep talking gerbils in your trunk and you want to put the end of the funnel to your ear and keep tabs on what they are saying?

Best solution is to remove the soft top tray or put a screen/vent in it. Of course it only works well if the top is up.

Be creative and post your evisceration experience for all to see.

The gerbils are in my lab atm...you will know ,briefly, when they are out. No Im talking about a way to funnel sound from the trunk to the cockpit instead of through the chassis.

You really dont need to do that. If you are adding a sub to the car, the base is not directional and will make its way into the cabin without issue.

The car itself is not air tight from the trunk to the cabin. let us see some pics of your completed system

the panels behind each seat, with the vent in them, lead to the trunk,
and are easily removable. taking those off, and pulling your spare
tire will give you a pretty good idea what the options are without a
lot of work.

I suspected that was what you were asking but, hey, with the way you asked, I just had to have some fun.

So having a direct connection from the wall of the trunk to the cockpit wouldnt make the bass any more...obvious for lack of a better word
