Hello. I want to upgrade my stock speakers to a nice set of aftermarket components for the front door panels. I have a question though. What can i do to mount the tweeters? The speakers im thinking of getting are the Alpine Type-R 6.5inch Components and the tweeters mount on a flush surface. The passenger side it not flush/level where I want to mount the tweeter...

Any ideas?

Put it just above the speaker and attach to the plastic bracket around the door handle with a strip of metal. That's the easiest.

The alternative is a fiberglass tweeter pod like as shown in the pics in this thread (on-going).

Just cut a hole in the door panel anywhere your heart desires and mount it.
