Default Under hood fuse box.

Can someone tell me if BOTH number 5 and 6 are supposed to be connected to a POSITIVE (+) ? I dont have number 5 connected, and everything on car functions properly.

As 6 is labeled, it is tied in with the wiring harness. It routes to the back of the engine compartment and through the grommet on the driver's side. I'm shocked that everything is working properly. Perhaps there are problems you aren't aware of.

I believe that 5 ties into the alternator output. How long has everything been working without 5 hooked up? If it works for a short amount of time, I bet it's just running off the battery. I drove my friends Civic w/ B18C1 swap about 10 miles on just the stock D series battery, while listening to the radio pretty loud before it died. That should give you an idea of how far/long your car will run without the alternator.
