If I went with the Infinity I would go with the Kappa Perfect 10VQ - allows you to change the Q to better adapt/tune for different enclosures.
My experience with the Pioneer subs has been less than positive.

With that amp bridged you should get around 500Wrms into 4 ohms.
You either need a 4 ohm SVC (Single Voice Coil) sub or a 2 ohm DVC (Dual Voice Coil) sub. You need to wire the 2 ohm DVC in series to yield a 4 ohm load.
The key is gettting a 4 ohm load - your amp will shut down with a 2 ohm load.
With that amp bridged you should get around 500Wrms into 4 ohms.
You either need a 4 ohm SVC (Single Voice Coil) sub or a 2 ohm DVC (Dual Voice Coil) sub. You need to wire the 2 ohm DVC in series to yield a 4 ohm load.
