Ok, I've had a 7" LCD screen floating around for months that I can't seem to sell for a decent price. What could I do with it and how much would it cost? I don't really want to start chopping up the dash, etc. I don't have any problem chopping up a visor or something that's easy to replace, but my passenger visor holds my V1 and has to stay in the "up" position for that purpose.

I know I can put a NAV system in with it, but I've heard they're quite expensive. I could throw a DVD player in the car, but never saw much point to it. What other ideas are there? Is it worth trying to use it for something, or should I just keep trying to sell it? Thanks!

Rearview mirror replacement.

You could leav it unmounted, get some camera mounts. Then after filming, you would have a way to watch your video immediatly.

A navi setup would be the only think IMO that I would want in the car. I would want a screen in my truck for video games/movies on long trips, but in the S? Naw.

Yeah, I put it on ebay once and they bidder backed out, so I've been hesitant to try again. I've had it listed off and on in the classifieds here and still haven't found a buyer.

 

I also have a 5-7" screen, but it has a tuner.. I don't really know where to put it.. I wish I could find a mold or something to put it on the dash. Sometimes I have to wait in my car and I get real bored..
