okay so turns out i think that misc plug is horn high. what is the difference between horn high and horn low?? Why do we have two horns? I dont think i had anything hooked up to the horn high.

 

there is two different horns going off when you honk so you a certain sound is achieved. They go off at once.

I mean it depends on how hard you hit the horn. Practice a few times (10-20 times a minute and preferably at midnight when its quiet)
