What's the size for the speaker in the headrest?

I want to upgrade my sound systemn but I don't know what's the size for the speaker in the headrest. Can anyone let me know? and what do you recommend for brand and stuff. Thank You.

I believe they are 5/8", can someone confirm that?

I say take what you'd spend on new headrest speakers and put it towards either your door speakers or amplifier.
