Default Where to get amber turn signals

I have looked and looked and finallly went with LED amber turn signals but for some reason these cause the car to think the bulb is out and thus signal at a ridiculous rate, so I am looking for the turn signals that look silver/clear when not illuminated but when illuminated turn amber
anyone know where I can get these??
thanks

Phillips makes bulbs that do that if I remember correctly. Or you can just get LED's

I got my bulbs from (of all places) Meijer -- yes the discount store. They are lightly silvered on the exterior over amber colored glass. They look silver when off but blink amber. They were cheap.

Its just a different relay. Not a big deal. But I understand your point. I would get the new relay myself.
