Default Will OEM CD changer work with Alpine IDA-X305?

I recently installed the Alpine IDA-X305 headunit and now I'm thinking of adding a CD changer to it. I really don't want to buy a new Alpine CD changer, but ought to go for an used Honda OEM changer. Will it work with the headunit? Thanks.

I believe it should as long as the connection types are the same. Should be a plug for it in the back of the iDA head unit.

I think it's highly unlikely you can use an OEM changer with an Alpine
headunit, unless the OEM headunit was made by Alpine. The early OEM
headunits were made by Matsushita (Panasonic); I don't know who made
the later ones, but I'd guess Clarion over Alpine.
But someone else may know for sure.
